力学机械+化学腐蚀+温度环境多重耦合  MTC试验系统领域的复合材料应用环境。MTC系统主机可以为十字双轴叠加微动摩擦磨损、蠕变疲劳叠加微动摩擦磨损系统等多轴动态疲劳试验机,在严苛的化学腐蚀环境及超高温环境下实现超稳定的多重耦合控制。将样品放置在压力腔内,该腔可以填充纯气体(N₂、O₂、CO₂、NO、CO、SO₂)的可变混合物(盐雾腐蚀),以及高压水蒸气,以模拟真实发动机废气(或其它环境)的腐蚀效果。此外,每个MTC测试台都配备了激光加热系统,能够使样品温度达到1400°C,由于激光的精确可控性,在样品上提供了极佳的温度均匀性。
