力学机械+化学腐蚀+温度环境多重耦合MTC试验系统
力学机械+化学腐蚀+温度环境多重耦合 MTC试验系统领域的复合材料应用环境。MTC系统主机可以为十字双轴叠加微动摩擦磨损、蠕变疲劳叠加微动摩擦磨损系统等多轴动态疲劳试验机，在严苛的化学腐蚀环境及超高温环境下实现超稳定的多重耦合控制。将样品放置在压力腔内，该腔可以填充纯气体（N₂、O₂、CO₂、NO、CO、SO₂）的可变混合物（盐雾腐蚀），以及高压水蒸气，以模拟真实发动机废气（或其它环境）的腐蚀效果。此外，每个MTC测试台都配备了激光加热系统，能够使样品温度达到1400°C，由于激光的精确可控性，在样品上提供了极佳的温度均匀性。
液压式十字双轴试验系统
系统采用四个静压轴承液压伺服作动器，相互90℃正交安装在高刚度机架上。 提供高压和高低温环境，多项独家技术，高同轴度，高精度，高动态性能，高稳定性和可靠性，实现以下功能： • 静态、动态、低周、高周（50Hz以上）疲劳十字双轴试验； • 可力控、位移控，尤其完美实现高频下的应变控制； • 完美实现试样中心点（位移）控制； • 叠加了高低温、高温、高压环境，高贴合实际应用研究；
十字双轴（叠加扭转，实现拉扭复合）疲劳试验机
该试验系统应力控制下系统加载频率至少达50Hz，应变控制下叠加高温、高低温环境可达20Hz。同时可实现试样中心点控制，提供世界范围顶尖技术。
液压伺服多功能动态疲劳试验机
该系列应用范围相当广泛，可选荷载范围大，除常规疲劳试验外，还可实现热机械疲劳等多种应用。 下置安装高性能静压轴承作动器，免维护设计，抗偏载能力强；主机高刚度；上横梁采用高端液压被动锁紧技术；所有元器件均采用世界著名品牌，如GTM力传感器；效能更高的高品质油源，高端阻尼降噪方式，避免电机闷入液压油， 使油品寿命提高五倍，极易维护。 静压轴承作动器、主机高刚度和高品质油源保障设备出色的低频稳定性和高频动态性能，试验频率常常可达100Hz或更高，不仅为用户节约大量时间成本，系统更具备出色的的安全系数，耐久性和可靠性；免维护设计更为用户大大节约使用成本。体现了沃特拜（w+b）“高配置，免维护”的用户至上设计理念。
